Buffets are available from Noon to 3 PM to groups of 30 or more.
Hors D’Oeuvres: Vegetables & Dip Tray, Assorted Cheeses & Crackers
Salad: (Choice of One): Tossed with French, Parmesan Peppercorn & Creamy Italian Dressings, Pasta Salad, Greek Vegetable Salad, or Coleslaw
Entrees (Choice of Three): Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib (Additional Market Price); New England Pot Roast, Roast Pork Tenderloin Served with Madeira Sauce, Grilled Marinated Boneless Chicken Served with Buerre Blanc Sauce, Chicken Marsala, Baked Haddock; Baked Haddock, Shrimp & Scallops. Additional menu items can be tailored to your specific needs.
Side Dishes (Choice of Two): Baked Potato, Garlic Mashed, Roasted Red Potatoes w/Dijon & Rosemary or Rice Pilaf, Glazed Carrots or Garlic Peas
Dessert: Negotiable (Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, etc.)
Also Included: Bread, Coffee, Tea or Soda
Price: $32.00 per person with Gratuity and Tax Included
Bar: House Wine or Champagne Toast (4 oz. pour): $3.00 per person; Hourly Open Bar Prices Available, Special Beer and Wine Pricing Available.
Terms: Two week notification of the total number of guests is required. This is considered a guaranteed minimum for which you will be charged, regardless of the actual number of guests in attendance. All functions are tentative until a minimum of $5.00 per person deposit is received. Deposits are not refunded in the event of cancellation unless advance written notice is received one month prior to the event date. Food, liquor, beer and wine cannot be brought into the Rainbow Grille from outside sources.
